The Total Rewards Gift Card is NOT 2 for 1 as far as spending it goes, but as for purchasing it with your comp dollars, I don't know because mine was free.
You can buy them in any denomination, and they are good at all the casino restaurants and shops, and for the hotel bill. A couple of months back, HET gave out Total Rewards Gift Cards to introduce the idea.
